Personal Information: Decidey does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. We do not require user registration, account creation, or any form of personal identification to use the App.

Local Data Storage: The App stores decision history and user preferences locally on your device only. This data includes:

  • Decision history (wheel spins, dice rolls, coin flips, etc.)
  • App settings and preferences
  • Custom wheel configurations

This data is stored exclusively on your device and is never transmitted to our servers or any third-party services (except as described below regarding advertising).

2. Advertising and Third-Party Services

Google AdMob: Decidey uses Google AdMob to display advertisements within the App. AdMob is provided by Google LLC and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

When you use the App, AdMob may collect certain information for advertising purposes, including:

  • Device identifiers (such as advertising ID)
  • Device information (model, operating system version)
  • IP address
  • App usage data related to ad interactions
  • Location data (if permitted by your device settings)

This information is used by Google to:

  • Serve personalized advertisements
  • Measure ad performance
  • Prevent fraud and abuse

3. Data Storage and Security

All app data, including decision history and settings, is stored locally on your device using iOS's standard data storage mechanisms. We do not use cloud storage, backup services, or any remote data synchronization.

When you uninstall the App, all locally stored data is permanently deleted from your device. We have no access to this data and cannot recover it once deleted.

4. Children's Privacy

Decidey is not specifically designed for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

While the App may be used by children, we comply with applicable children's privacy laws, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Since we do not collect personal information, the App is safe for users of all ages.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your information to third parties, except:

  • As necessary for Google AdMob to serve advertisements (as described above)
  • If required by law or legal process
  • To protect our rights or the safety of users

6. Your Rights and Choices

Since we do not collect personal information, there is no personal data to access, modify, or delete. However, you have the following options:

  • Local Data: You can clear your decision history and reset app settings at any time through the App's settings menu.
  • Advertising: You can limit ad tracking through your iOS device settings (Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising).
  • Uninstall: Uninstalling the App will permanently delete all locally stored data.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any material changes by:

  • Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy
  • Posting a notice in the App (if significant changes are made)

Your continued use of the App after any changes to this Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
